The name of my company is a play on my initials AMP and also a reflection of the energy I bring to the work I do. I am passionate about equipping individuals, from aspiring leaders to seasoned executives, with the skills, mindset, and strategies they need to excel in the face of uncertainty and complexity.

At AmpedUp Leadership, my mission is clear: I exist to empower leaders to embrace complexity and uncertainty, leverage collective intelligence, and achieve sustainable success. I am an experienced leader, sought advisor, and coach keen in supporting you on your leadership journey. As a generalist, I have a diverse backgrounds in leadership, organizational behaviour, and complexity science. This unique blend of knowledge and practical experience allows me to offer a well-rounded and holistic approach to leadership development in today’s environment.
