Hi, I’m Anne-Marie.
I help purpose-driven professionals and systems leaders navigate complexity, lead with clarity, and stay connected to what matters most—without burning out.
I’ve spent over two decades working across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, leading change initiatives and coaching individuals and teams in the messy, beautiful space where systems meet people. Whether I’m facilitating collaboration across siloed institutions or supporting a leader in reconnecting with their purpose, my work is always rooted in curiosity, compassion, and courage.
My background spans change management (Prosci), Lean Healthcare (Black Belt), project management (PRINCE2), flow coaching (Flow Coaching Institute) and systems and team coaching (ORSC). I also teach part-time in the Executive Master of Health Administration programs at the Telfer School of Management. I’ve served on two board for community-driven organization in Ottawa. But more than credentials, I bring a way of thinking and working that invites people to step into their full leadership potential—with integrity and flow.
In 2024, I had the honour of stepping onto the TEDx stage to share my talk:
🎥 “Restoring the systems in our health system“
This talk was born from years of witnessing how our systems often fail to see the whole picture—and how leadership must evolve to meet the complexity we face today. It’s a call to all of us to lead differently, with more connection, compassion, and systemic awareness.
I created AmpedUp Leadership because I believe leadership should feel energizing, not draining. That we can design work and systems that support life, not just productivity. And that change doesn’t come from top-down control—it comes from learning how to see, think, and act in new ways.
A few things that guide my work:
- Systems Thinking — Seeing the connections others miss, and making complexity feel workable.
- Regenerative Leadership — Leading in ways that restore energy, trust, and purpose.
- Coaching with Heart — Holding space for people to find their own clarity, not just give them answers.
